Provide high quality software implementation consultancy to Flintfox customers. Act as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance that ensures the technical capabilities of our software customisations match agreed requirements. Provide requirements analysis, solution and configuration design, customisation solution design, implementation, training, integration, testing and production support to customers either on-site or remotely.

Represents process requirements in process design. Provides detail and designs for the specific process. Supports GAP Analysis of required business process to SAP functionality.
