As a Business Analyst, you will partner with internal business owners and external partners to understand new business opportunities and define functional requirements. You will support the development of briefings, agendas, and documentation, analyze business and functional requirements, and develop comprehensive documentation. You will also create high-level briefings and communications materials and identify opportunities for service delivery improvement.

This role plays a key part in implementing data management strategies, policies, and tools to improve data quality, accessibility, and compliance. The analyst will assist in establishing data inventories, quality standards, and governance frameworks to enable informed decision-making.
The Sr RCM Business Analyst will assist the Digital Transformation team in understanding the organization’s operational needs for both automated and manual solutions to business systems and procedures of diverse scope. The Sr RCM Business Analyst is involved in planning, organizing, and conducting detailed analytical studies to define problems, identify deficiencies and improve solutions, impacting the enterprise’s effectiveness, and provide the basis for issue resolution. They collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities to achieve process improvements and revenue savings through automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
The Business Analyst will create the business and functional requirements necessary for technology solutions that meet customer needs, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. This role involves interacting with business stakeholders to solicit requirements, translating them into detailed specifications and use cases, and working closely with development teams throughout the software build and testing process.
